New Connections Regional Meeting at the RWJF UNM Center for Health PolicySeptember 09, 2010New Connections will co-host a regional meeting next week, September 9-10, 2010 at the University of New Mexico. The meeting will be a one and one half day collaboration with the RWJF Center for Health Policy and held in conjunction with the UNM lecture series featuring Joseph P. Gone, PhD, Associate Professor of Psychology and American Culture, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and a New Connections panel featuring Juliette Roddy, PhD, University of Michigan - Dearborn and Annie Belcourt-Dittloff, PhD, University of Montana. The purpose of this regional meeting is to highlight current issues in the health policy arena and in health services research that impact diverse members of the community in the Southwest region specifically, as well as the nation-at-large. The meeting will convene researchers, policy makers, students, and community members to create opportunities for discussion, networking and research collaboration. |
