The information we collect may be used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes, shared with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to help them contact visitors for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web site.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is not linked to personally identifiable information while on our site.

We use session based cookies for session navigation purposes. By setting a cookie on our site, users would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be timed out prematurely.

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to their personal contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Visitors can access this information by e-mailing us at the above address. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
